Refund/cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:

If transaction fails or an error occurs, your money will be get back to you with in 2-5 working day.
Sometimes, transactions take 5-10 minute in authentication, so, please wait atleast 12 minutes after payement, in order to get the subscription activated. After 12 minutes, if payment is not verified then we will refund the complete amount.
In case, the buyer cancels the subscription online before attempting any Practice Test, the entire order amount will be refunded.
In case user purchases the subscription and after that faces issues in the application, for example, user is not able to access all the app funcationality, then we will refund the complete amount.
In case of failed transactions or double realization of account for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded.
If user buys the subscription and after that gives practice tests, in this case Subscription can not be cancelled.
